In 2009, we signed a strategic cooperation agreement with MAN, which made the letter the second majority shareholder of us. Based on the agreement, MAN granted us affiliates its advanced diesel engine technologies in the form of exclusive license within China.
The MC11/MC13 series marine diesel engine is equivalent to the MAN’s D20/D26 diesel engine, in term of technology, production process, manufacturing equipment and quality standard, and produced synchronously with the MAN’s D20/D26 diesel engine. It is equipped with parts and components from the world-class suppliers serving MAN. As a world-class excellent product, the MC11/MC13 series marine diesel engine has the advantages of high economic efficiency, fuel saving, powerfulness, low noise, high reliability and environmental friendliness. This makes it an ideal impetus for high-speed yacht, law-enforcement vessel, fishing boat, water transport and water surface works.
